Caroline Stief, LCSW
Outpatient Therapist
Caroline is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who loves helping people become the best version of themselves. She has worked as a social worker and therapist in a hospital setting, treating both teens and adults. Now, she works as a Mental Health and Wellness Counselor at a high school, where she helps students and adults take charge of their mental health. Caroline uses a strengths-based approach, partnering with clients to create a treatment plan that fits their needs. She believes being proactive gives people power, and she helps her clients build skills that will support their mental well-being throughout their lives.
Caroline understands that everyone has a unique story. She works hard to create a safe and welcoming space where clients feel comfortable sharing their story in their own time. Her goal is to help people become the best version of themselves, offering respect and support along the way.
A key part of Caroline’s therapy is based on advice she got as a teenager: “The most important relationship you’ll ever have is with yourself.” She encourages clients to practice self-compassion as they work through their challenges.
Caroline stays up to date on the latest mental health practices and maintains her professional licensure and certifications.
