We currently take Aetna, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Cigna, Keystone Health Plan East, Optum, Medicare, and Tricare. We also accept multiple EAP providers including: Lyra, SpringHealth, Lyra, Allied Trades.

An EAP, or Employee Assistance Program, is a free and private service some jobs offer to help workers with personal problems like stress, mental health, family issues, or substance use. It gives people access to short-term counseling, support, and resources to feel better and stay healthy at work and at home

Session rates vary between $100-$150 dependent on the provider, level of licensure, and years of experience. We are happy to discuss sliding scale options.

Yes- clinicians at TLC Wellness can provide what is called a “Super Bill.” This contains all of the necessary components for reimbursement.

The first cancellation within 24 hours will be charged an initial $50 fee. After that cancellations within 24 hours will be charged in full.

No-show, no-call appointments will be charged in full.

Yes! Payment can be made with an HSA, credit/debit card, check or cash.

We're able to meet in-person with clients in Pennsylvania and North Carolina, and via telehealth in Pennsylvania, North Carolina, New Jersey, Delaware, and Utah.
